Upload cnc programs [PT]

Hello train family

I uploaded all cnc programs made in Portugal of all components of wagon.

I created a new folder and put the cnc programs inside.

The path is: webdav.tcaa.dk/TrainForEuropeReloaded/Wagons/Common undercarriage/CNC PROGRAMS/PT
