Planning status for accommodations
« on: February 20, 2008, 03:41:42 PM »
Dear European friends,

Coming back to the organisation.

Have a look at your mailbox! You will find an overview about the current number of participants (teacher and students) inside. There are missing the datas of some partners. Hope they are still in the project  ::)

The idea is that students will share five- or six-bed rooms. Thus, we will use the room capacity in a better way and we will “save” approx. 5 rooms! I don’t know exactly the number of available rooms, but I hope that we will need max. 35 rooms at the end, because the rooms are limited …

I would like to ask you some questions about that topic:

(1)
Have a look at the overwiew attached in my mail. Everything ok? Any mistakes?

(2)
Could you imagine that your students will share a 5- or 6-bed-room with students from other nations?
How many of your students are male/female? Any wishes?
I remember that I had asked you already that question, but I would like to get sure …

(3)
Could you imagine to share a room with other participants?
I know that there are already some "communities" (Malta/Romania and Slowakia/Czech Rep.).
Maybe it’s possible to join?
Is anyone else willing to share the room?

Please give me a feedback asap.

Thanks!

Many greetings

Dear European friends,

Coming back to the organisation you will find the newest overview about the number of participants (teacher and students) in my newest mail. There are still missing the datas from France. Hope they are still in the project ;-)

As I already told you, the rooms in our hostel are very limited, but it seems like that we all will find a bed in the same accommodation so far. And so I’m deeply grateful that some of you give me a “green light” for sharing the room with other participants. There are max. 8-bed-rooms now …

So please have a look at the accommodation plan attached in my newest mail. All shared rooms are shown as linked cells.

Is everything ok? Any mistakes?

BTW:
There are some very few beds (only single, double and triple) in other smal accommodations in Ivrea. Please tell me, if you are interested to stay there. But please consider: This option means that you and your students will have less contact to other European partners. So I think that isn’t a good option for practicing European togetherness ;-)

However,
please give me a feedback asap.

Thanks!

Many greetings
